LEGAL DESIGN E VISUAL LAW: SOLUÇÕES PARA O JUDICIÁRIO BRASILEIRO

Resumo
A presente pesquisa possui o tema central concentrado e delimitado na Aplicação do Visual Law como Ferramenta de Colaboração para a Morosidade do Poder Judiciário Brasileiro que faz com que seja necessário elencar elementos e ferramentas para que os objetivos de analisar essa aplicação, compreender e conhecer os conceitos do Legal Design e Visual Law, justificando que a sua aplicabilidade pode ser uma solução jurídica para reduzir a alta demanda e demora na tramitação processual. Sendo assim a pesquisa foi dividida em tópicos, onde o objetivo e distribuição deles se determina conhecer os conceitos do tema, sua receptividade dentro do sistema judiciário, as mudanças significativas que ela pode trazer tanto para a população social, quanto para os juízes e advogados, fundamentadas e que sustentem o Legal Design e Visual Law como solução para o sistema judiciário brasileiro.

Abstract
This research has the central theme concentrated and delimited in the Application of Visual Law as a Collaboration Tool for the Slowness of the Brazilian Judiciary, which makes it necessary to list elements and tools so that the objectives of analyzing this application, understand and know the concepts of Legal Design and Visual Law, justifying that its applicability can be a legal solution to reduce the high demand and delay in the procedural process. Therefore, the research was divided into topics, where their objective and distribution is determined to know the concepts of the topic, its receptivity within the judicial system, the significant changes it can bring both to the social population, as well as to judges and lawyers, and that support the Legal Design and Visual Law as a solution for the Brazilian judicial system.
