Resumo
O artigo aborda o direito de propriedade, com incursão em suas origens históricas e no conflito entre as concepções individualista e coletivista, para evidenciar o enfraquecimento do conceito clássico (direito absoluto) e a atualidade do debate acerca da função social como condição para seu exercício.
Abstract
he article discusses the property right, with analysis of its historical origins and the conflict between individualistic and collectivist conceptions, to highlight the weakness of the classical concept (absolute right) and today’s debate about the social function as a condition for its exercise.
