Resumo
O Ministério Público ganhou, no decorrer dos últimos anos um novo perfil, principalmente, com o advento da Constituição da República Federativa do Brasil de 1988 (CRFB/1988), transformando-se no guardião dos interesses difusos e coletivos, ou seja, de toda uma sociedade, visando defender e garantir o exercícioa defesa de seus direitos e garantias constitucionais, evitando assim, possíveis lesões sociais e buscando a concreta aplicação da justiça. Desta forma, a atuação do Ministério Público está diretamente ligada na busca pela efetivação dos Direitos Humanos.

Abstract
The prosecution won, over the last few years a new profile, especially with the advent of the Constitution of the Federative Republic of Brazil 1988 (CRFB/1988), becoming the guardian of diffuse and collective interests, ie, all a society in order to defend and ensure exercícioa defend their constitutional rights and guarantees, thus avoiding possible injuries and seeking social justice concrete application. Thus, the role of the prosecutor is directly linked to the search for the realization of human rights.
