ESTADO E GOVERNANÇA: a crise político-econômica global e seus efeitos nas esferas da sustentabilidade social e ambiental

Resumo

A proposta do artigo é traçar uma breve análise da sustentabilidade restrita ao espaço social e ambiental, diante da crise econômica global e dos significantes Estado e Governança. A matéria é abordada em três ítens, tratando o primeiro da função do Estado e da Governança frente à globalização, o capitalismo e preponderância econômica. O segundo perpassa pela política econômica neoliberal e a força destrutiva do meio-ambiente. No terceiro, a abordagem lança-se sobre a emergência de um modelo teórico e uma práxis voltada à sustentabilidade ambiental e social. Um novo olhar e um novo pensar se faz emergente diante dos riscos e da possibilidade efetiva de extinção da humanidade a se continuar sacrificando o meio-ambiente à economia, ao mercado e ao capital. O assunto pela urgência, necessidade e complexidade é apenas um começo do pensar e do discutir. Muito há que se fazer para que se alcance ao diálogo necessária à sobrevivência humana e à sustentabilidade. O método de pesquisa utilizado é o indutivo e a técnica bibliográfica.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to make a brief analysis of the sustainability restricted to social and environmental space, in the face of the global economic crisis and the significant State and Governance. The subject is addressed in three items, dealing with the first of the function of the State and Governance in the face of globalization, capitalism and economic preponderance. The second is the neoliberal economic policy and the destructive force of the environment. In the third, the approach is based on the emergence of a theoretical model and a praxis focused on environmental and social sustainability. A new look and a new thinking is emerging in the face of risks and the effective possibility of the extinction of humanity to continue sacrificing the environment to the economy, the market and capital. The subject of urgency, need and complexity is just a beginning of thinking and arguing. Much needs to be done to achieve the necessary dialogue for human survival and sustainability. The research method used is the inductive and the bibliographic technique.
