INTERAÇÕES ETNOZOOLÓGICAS: evolução das ferramentas jurídicas de proteção aos direitos dos animais

Resumo
As interações dos seres humanos com os animais são bastante remotas, desde as primeiras expressões gráficas do Homo sapiens tem-se uma grande quantidade de figuras de animais. O presente trabalho tem como objetivo, compilar e tecer considerações sobre o avançar das leis de proteção dos direitos dos animais, norteando as relações desenvolvidas entre os seres humanos e os animais. Os dados utilizados são oriundos de revisão bibliográfica e análise de documentos que tratam dos direitos dos animais no Brasil. Os resultados demonstram que a convivência com os animais compromete o bem-estar dos mesmos, já que são frequentes muitos atos de maus tratos e crueldades, diante disto tornam-se necessárias leis de proteção dos seus direitos, no Brasil temos o Decreto Nº. 24.645/34/ Medidas de proteção aos animais; Constituição da República Federativa do Brasil de 1988 e Lei n° 9.605/98/ Lei de Crimes Ambientais. Essas bases legais estabelecem limites nas interações etnozoologicas.

Abstract
The interactions of humans with animals are quite remote from the first graphic expressions of Homo sapiens has been a lot of animal figurines. This work aims to compile and to discuss the move with laws protecting the rights of animals, guiding the relationships among humans and animals. The data used are derived from literature review and analysis of documents dealing with animal rights in Brazil. The results demonstrate that living with animals compromises the well-being of themselves, since they are frequently many acts of abuse and cruelties, before it become necessary laws to protect their rights, in Brazil we have the Decree. 24,645 / 34 / measures for the protection of animals; Constitution of the Federative Republic of Brazil 1988 and Law No. 9,605 / 98 / Environmental Crimes Act. These legal bases set limits on etnozoologicas interactions.
