Resumo
Os objetivos deste Artigo se dão no sentido de contribuir para entender-se melhor o papel do administrador judicial no plano de recuperação judicial. Faz uma análise de como é a maneira com que o administrador judicial contribui no plano de recuperação judicial, bem como exemplificando o seu papel. Demonstra-se no presente Artigo, com base nas doutrinas existentes no contexto da matéria abordada, provar que a efetividade do plano de recuperação judicial funciona, desde que respeitados os principios existentes da Lei 11.105/2005, trazendo ainda, as inovações da lei supracitada perante ao papel de administrador judicial no plano de recuperação judicial.

Abstract
The objectives of this Article are given in the sense of contributing to a better understanding of the role of the trustee in the judicial recovery plan. It analyzes how the trustee contributes to the judicial recovery plan, as well as exemplifying its role. It is demonstrated in this Article, based on existing doctrines in the context of the matter addressed, to prove that the effectiveness of the judicial recovery plan works, provided that the existing principles of Law 11.105/2005 are respected, also bringing the innovations of the aforementioned law before to the role of trustee in the judicial recovery plan.
